In September 2008, by popular demand, Seaweather opened a Safety & Survival Equipment Centre close to the Western Docks in Southampton. This operation now provides local customers and those along the South Coast with faster response times for liferaft servicing, hire and sales. For the first time, Southampton agents and shipowners can benefit from the same level of service enjoyed by Seaweather's customers using the highly successful Dartford office.

There are RFD Liferafts, Mc Murdo Location Equipment, Pains Wessex Distress Signals, Daniamant Sealights, DSB Rescue Boats, Strentex Lifejackets & Immersion Suits, Jason`s Cradle plus our own Multi Liferaft Storage/Launching racks & Vacuum Release Systems.
We also supply a wide variety of safety chandlery Waterside safety equipment & firefighting gear.
Seaweather is the UK's stockist for Pains Wessex products supplied to the Police and Emergency Services. We carry Smoke Generators, Smoke Grenades, Coloured Smokes (Parachutists), Illuminating Para Rockets, Verey Pistols & Coloured signal Cartridges, Thunder Flashes, R.P.V. Target Smokes, Re-usable Training Grenades, Rubber Bodied Grenades and Security Cabinets.

SEAWEATHER Southampton is an authorised RFD Liferaft Service Station & Seaweather Group is approved to overhaul DSB & LSA equipment. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a service that is second to none yet at a competitive rate. We overhaul DSB & other Rescue Boats & are very often able to bring boats ”back to life ” that others might condemn.
HIRE
Seaweather has one of the largest fleets of liferafts for hire in the UK. Hire periods are flexible to meet customer requirements. Long term arrangements especially offer savings in administration, transportation & in the inevitable escalating cost of overhauling ageing equipment. There is also the bonus of being able to budget for next year, the year after & so on without any of the nasty surprises associated with maintenance of older liferafts.
