Survitec Group Limited , the global leaders in Safety and Survival Equipment has acquired the business of “Seaweather” (Parker Knight Holdings Ltd) for an undisclosed sum on 1 September 2010.

Survitec Group CEO Doug Baxter said of the transaction: “Bringing Seaweather within the Survitec Group is an important step in expanding our Service and Distribution business globally. Seaweather have built an excellent reputation with their customer base for high levels of quality service around the clock, 365 days a year. Richard George who has successfully lead the development of this business over many years will stay on at Seaweather and work with the Survitec Group to grow the business.
